Hi! I just wanted to thank you so much for doing the reiki on me, seriously the most transforming experience ever! During the most difficult time in my life I literally didn’t know where to turn I’m a mess , dealing with a separation from someone who I thought I’d be forever with and I’ve been with for over a decade. I had my first Reiki session with Monique and It was one the most awakening experience’s that I got to participate in! Reiki is new to me and she explained everything that we were going to do during our session, how it worked, and really made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole time being with her. In the beginning she pulled some cards that were undoubtably meant for me and was able to provide me insight on what each card meant. During the energy healing part of our session, I felt a sensation of pressure leaving my head that I didn’t even notice was there until it started subsiding and feeling so much lighter after the fact. Days after our session I started noticing a shift in my mood towards certain things that I had felt been causing some blockages and noticed I was able to see things in a clearer light. I think it’s important to note that I had started off this session with all of my chakras closed and by the end of it I had almost all but two open that I have been working on and can’t wait for my next Reiki session with Monique to check up on them! ”
Recently I hit a block on my spiritual walk and was unable to learn or feel open to anything. I began to get really stuck in my own head and thoughts that sent me spiraling and into a very dark and negative place. I reached a point that I knew I needed to reach out to someone I trusted for help, advice and guidance towards healing through this time. Reiki was something I had always been interested in and thought I'd take up my friend on one of her sessions. Let me say this was the best decision I made for the time I was going through. During our session I felt heavy and tears slowly rolling down my face, just a few minutes after I felt light and relief. Like I could breathe easily again.
