Reiki balances and works on four different levels- physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

The physical level

Reiki helps with illness and pain. It speeds up your body's natural ability to heal itself, usually getting rid of pain & other symptoms. Reiki also helps to release toxins and helps you develop greater awareness for your body's real needs such as good nutrient and regular exercise. It balances and harmonizes your whole energy field promoting a sense of wholeness and well being.

The emotional level

Reiki helps with what you are feeling and experiencing. It encourages you to let go of negative emotions and promotes qualities of love, caring, sharing, trusting and  friendly & helpful attitude towards others. Reiki can also help channel emotional energy into creativity.

The mental level

Reiki helps with your thoughts & attitude. It allows you to get rid of negative thoughts, concepts & frame of mind and replaces them with positive thoughts, peace & feeling untroubled. Reiki can also enhance your intuitive abilities snd encourages you to pursue your personal potential through greater insight and self awareness.

The spiritual level

Reiki helps with your capability to love yourself  and others unconditionally. It promotes the qualities of love, compassion, understanding & acceptance and encourages you on your path towards personal growth & spiritual development. Reiki helps to accept and love your whole self and allows you to accept every person as a beautiful & pure soul and as a human being,
