Brings in energy of confidence & protective energy. Cedar is grounding, centering & helps us call in the spirits of our ancestors during prayer/meditation/ritual, etc. Cedar is also really great in healing old trauma. It helps relieve grief from lungs & the heart & moves what needs to be released.
